ABOUT
Artistry & Paint Fine Finishes is an artistic decorative painting firm located in Washington, D.C. Our studio caters to residential properties in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and offers a range of decorative services to architects, designers and homeowners. We specialize in Venetian plaster application, hand-crafted textures and glazes; and one of kind hand-painted embellishments for interior spaces.  We pride ourselves on designing and creating distinctive finishes that complement the lifestyles of our clients by enriching their surroundings.

HISTORY
Paula Greenberg of Artistry & Paint received training in the fine arts from Parsons the New School for Design and the Corcoran College of Art and Design. Concentrating in figurative drawing and painting, her education in traditional art media gave Paula an understanding of human anatomy that allowed her to work as a commissioned portrait artist while raising a family.
With her children enthusiastically in tow, Paula personally managed three family home renovation projects within the time of six years. Drawing on her training in traditional art theory, she created a variety of wall finishes in her spaces, from classic to contemporary styles. These projects developed her talents in interior decorating and she found her focus in the use of colors, textiles, and naturally-occuring materials. This experience has become Paula's inspiration for her decorative painting, enriching her understanding of how colors and textures interact to create personal statements within living environments.

WORK SPAN
Paula’s passion for her work has carried her from the traditional residential homes of Washington, DC to private commissions in the heart of the Southwest in Scottsdale, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.  With her insistence on high quality workmanship, arriving on time, respecting client’s schedules and honoring deadlines, the company has grown rapidly with commissions.
Paula has over 18 years experience in decorative painting and has owned and operating Artistry & Paint since 2001.
